House Visiting

Fireworks are soaring in the air. I can hear a lot of banging and the release of the colourful fireworks onto the air, but I cannot see a thing. Because the soil in our neighborhood is so fertile, that the trees grows tall and bushy. Nothing can be seen.

Therefore, I am sitting in front of the computer, feeling envious to the people who are able to watch fireworks, while I sit here, typing my blog.

It has been a great week. With the festive season ambience in the air, asking for ang pow from your relatives, getting extra few ang pows since most of your cousins are all married. ^^

Well, I will skip all the fun part I had during the week, but first, let me tell you my first experience in house visiting. ^^ while it is still fresh in my memory… (Short-term memory loss…T.T)

Well, on Friday, Mister Khor Jia Wen, who is the one planning for this house visiting sms-ed me, telling me that they are going to have house visiting on Saturday. As usual, I get to know it earlier from other people and honestly, was not quite satisfy that when I asked him why I was amongst the few who is last to know it, he say I just ‘materialised’ from his memory.

Oh well, since he says I just ‘materialised’ from his memory, I just materialized on that particular day.

Initially wanted to wake up at 9 o’clock to prepare and rush out from home early, but after switching off the alarm, I slept for another half an hour and found myself jumping off the bed when I saw the time. I was rushing here and there, preparing mandarin oranges, bathing and etc.

When I finally got out, I forgot my oranges. Damn! Have to rush back home and took it out. And I thought that I am so going to be late! ><

My mum fetched me to the Cempaka station (Love you mum!) and I arrived at 11.10 a.m. which surprisingly, there were only Sara, ZD and Kenson. Hah! I am not so late after all! XP

Waited at the station for the others to show up. After a few minutes, Ee Lian showed up and then only at 11.30 a.m., the others came.

After such a long time didn’t see each other, my opinion to them was…

Ee Lian- Same like usual, casually walks in to the station and gave us an elegant wave, then, stand by the side.

Sara- Like usual, seen her for a few times, nothing changed much. Except that I think her
hair is longer a bit…hmmm…is it? XP
Kenson- Erm…Like usual, in my opinion, gave a nervous hand wave as if I am going to eat him if he does not wave at me. XP am I that scary? *wonders…*

ZD-Still skinny ... I doubt that he gain any weight during the long holiday. I even have 3 layers of fats, but he is still skinny…Geez man! Don’t you ever grow some fats???

KJW- That guy pisses me off with the ‘materialised’ thing and I being last to inform. But he is lucky that my temper comes quickly and goes quickly. So, my opinion of him was…was that day so hot??? He was sweating away! my goodness! Right from the moment he step out from the LRT, he seemed to be dehydrating away!

Hui Jin- My dear~ as slim as ever…well, I may sound like a pervert, but…she really looked more matured!! >o<><

Charlene- Funky look girl~ XP look cheerful in her New Year clothes. Shocked me a little bit when I found out that she was wearing high heels…

Swee Luo- Hmmm…first thing that came across my mind was…Has she gotten taller that much??!! When I see her, I was like wow…she has grown so tall in only 3 months! But, when I looked down I realized that it was actually I who was the shorter one. Especially wearing a flat shoe. XP she dyed her hair and glows like usual…^^

Ying Huey- Pink clothes. I think pink can look sweet on her. If for me…-_-lll just hopes that nobody actually dumps me into the jail for being a nuisance to the public by wearing pink and looking horrible…XP

Finally, we started our journey! 10 of us hop onto a bus and waited for another half an hour for the bus to move its big butt from the bus stop.

I think around 1 o’clock, we arrived at JW’s house and he served us drinks and also some cookies…too bad that I didn’t get to try some of his mother’s nice cheese tart. It is really wonderful! But, too bad…I didn’t get to eat some…sobs…I found out that Jolly Shandy is a superb drink! I have never tried any shandy before, so…this was wonderful! It tasted like lai chi juice but with a twinge of the usual alcohol taste. It is nice to drink!! With the bubbles bubbling in my mouth and down to the throat…Hoho~I think I should change from coca cola to Jolly Shandy…XP

We sat in his house, watching anime from astro!! Aww!!! Anime! I am so envious of those that have astro!! I want to watch lots of anime!!! >< watched a nice anime called ‘black cat’ and also another advertisement of an anime ‘God(?) Save our King’ Hoho~ they look so tasty to be watched!! XP

After that, we headed straight to ZD’s house. While on the way to his house, I imagined that his rabbit was small little palm size or a little bit bigger cute little creature. But, my imagination was shattered when I saw it. I wonder what they actually feed it! It was HUMONGUOS!! I mean really big! Big fur ball… I cannot tell you how overwhelmed of me when I saw it! Big rabbit = nice to play with and will not suddenly drop dead if you play too rough with it…^^

After having a scrumptious lunch at his house (Pineapple fried rice with ‘lap cheong’ why nobody ever thought of cooking that style? It is delicious! ^^ also a good credit for the mihon…^^) all of us went out and saw him hugging his rabbit!! First, Charlene hugged it and then it was my turn!!! Aww! I am so happy!! Though it kicked but NVM!! She was too adorable for me to get angry with her! Oh yeah! Her name is Rainy/rainee? I don’t know, but nice name…beautiful rabbit!! Hoho…how I wish to be able to get a pet that I can pet on and will not die on the other day or run away…T.T

Then, we went to Kenson’s house. He has 3 dogs! Can you believe it? The other two bigger dogs, (one black, the other is brown) was locked outside while the only female dog called Lady was allowed to go into the house to entertain us…^^

I have to say that his house’s living room is very big! When I saw pillows lying on the carpeted floor, it was like an invitation for people to relax on it. How I hope that I can sleep on it!! >< Nice big carpet and with the companion of a big screen TV…now, this is leisure of life! XP

It was fun brushing Lady’s hair…she is just so adorable!!! >0< As long as a dog doesn’t bite me, I am okay with it…^^

One thing that I cannot believe is that when Kenson’s father gave us ang pow, he actually asked whether am I and ZD sisters! Huh?! Do we look a like? *looks at mirror hard and concentrate…* No. definitely no…it is already a hell having a love sick elder brother. I will not want another love sick younger brother also!!! >0<

After Ken’s house, Sara says she have to go back early to ‘lau yee shang’. It was only 5 o’clock so I thought it was okay for me to go to Charlene’s house only then I go back. But I forgot that it is a long trip to Gombak! Arrived at Terminal Putra around 6 o’clock!

Btw, Ee Lian left me when she arrives at the putra line! Sobs! Ee Lian! You ‘mo yee hei’!!! Sobs…

We went to Ying Huey’s house first. Her parent is a carefree and joyful couple. It is obvious that they really love their son and daughter…^^ We sat at there and chatted a lot. Haha~one thing amazing about her house was that her aquarium has no fish. But it gives people the illusion that there was fish swimming inside it. Since I did not wear my glasses…XP Haha~I thought she has some fish in the aquarium!! Pai Seh…XP

Then, it is Charlene’s house! Her dog Becky is still as skinny as the last time I saw her. Still a cute little puppy that looked at us with pleading eyes, hoping that we give her some of the snacks we was having. Poor girl…all she can do was walking round and round around us, hoping for some snack…

Charlene made some jelly the day before our visit and I had tried 2 of it! The longan was superb! But…for me, the jelly was a bit tasteless…maybe I have drunk too much of sweet drinks…I cannot taste any sweet taste in it! T.T while Swee Luo says it was nice and ngam ngam hao…T.T this coke is killing my taste buds….T.T

Hoho~but the jelly was nice….really nice…especially the longan…which was sweet enough for me…XP

It was 8 o’clock already. I cannot go to Chi Yee and Grace’s house because it was too late! I am so sorry my 2 dears!!! >< but I have to get back…it is creepy when you go back all alone in the darkness…T.T

Luckily that Swee Luo accompanied me in the putra line. But when I arrived the star line, I was all alone. I was lucky that I stopped at Masjid Jamek where there were lots of people at there.

I went to the platform and saw the notice that the Sri Petaling train is coming. I was so tired, that sub-consciously I thought that Sri Petaling= home while Ampang=school…

So, again, I am lost in the star line……

It suddenly occurred to me right after the train left the Chan Sow Lin station. There were a gang of Malay guys sitting on the opposite side of me. I was in a foul mood when I realized that I sat on the wrong train and missed the station. So, I cursed under my breath, which was quite loud, I said “Shit!” and this guy sitting opposite of me dared to say “What happened?” Oh, if it was a kind question I will brush it off with a small smile. But this was a question fill with pervert tune. That snaps me off. But there were too many of them. All I can do was cursed them hard in my heart…

When I stepped off at the Cheras Station, it was deserted. I heard the other train was there. I ran like hell to the next platform, but I was too late…

There was only a guy with black shirt and black cap standing at there and it freaked me out. I clutched hard on the handle of my handbag. I was so grateful that I actually bought my water bottle with me. If that guy dares to touch me, I am so going to beat the hell out of him with my full water bottle inside my bulky handbag.

After waiting a long time, the train came. I am so happy to see that the guard on the opposite side of the platform was looking out for me…sob…he even scolded that guy for smoking! Aha! Padan Muka that guy…XP

I arrived home at 9 o’clock…Phew! Tiring, but this is a whole new experience for me! ^^

Oh yeah, please do update your blogs…do tell me what happens next ya? Right after I left…XP Although I am not working, but it is unfair that you guys reads but never update your own blogs! ><

P/S: Milk, did you receive my letter? If you did not, I don’t think I will send the CNY card after making sure the address I wrote was correct…XP
